Contracted by the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Design and Construction, INK Architects retained PlanPacific to prepare a master plan for a multi-use promenade along both banks of the entire length of the Ala Wai Canal. The project included the preparation of a Program Document, an Environmental Assessment and various permit applications for a portion of the promenade that was completed and opened for public use in 2000.
