Ewa Development Plan

PlanPacific prepared revisions to the City and County of Honolulu's Development Plan for Ewa through a joint venture with another firm. Like all Development Plan revisions, the project included analyzing development trends, evaluating alternative urban growth patterns, analyzing infrastructure needs, and developing plan recommendations for this fast growing region.

The final plan report included principles and guidelines for growth management, urban land use, open space, transportation, and utilities and community facilities. It also contained an implementation strategy to guide long-term growth.
