- Concepts for Waikiki ~ Island of Oahu
As a subcontractor to R.M. Towill Corporation, PlanPacific (dba Lacayo Planning) prepared the illustrated report for the City and County of Honolulu Department of General Planning that evolved from the work of the Mayors Advisory Committee on Waikiki. The purpose of the booklet was to describe the planning concepts and outline the issues to be addressed in the Waikiki Master Plan.

As subconsultant to Parsons, Brinckerhoff, Quade & Douglas and ICF Kaiser Engineering, PlanPacific (dba Lacayo Planning) developed criteria and standards for the design of the rapid transit system in the pre-engineering phase, particularly the siting of transit stations and interfaces with surrounding neighborhoods.

- Palauea Bay Resort ~ Island of Maui
In association with Lacayo Architects, PlanPacific (dba Lacayo Planning) prepared the site plan and other planning documents and land use permit applications for a 65-acre resort condominium and beach club project for the McCormack Corporation. The project is currently in abeyance until regional infrastructure deficiencies are remedied.
