PlanPacific was retained by the City and County of Honolulu to work with a community Vision Team on the preparation of a community-based plan for the Kapahulu neighborhood. Included in the scope of work was a site selection for a new Community Center and various improvement projects designed to revitalize Kapahulus commercial district and enhance recreational open space. The Kapahulu Community Plan is based on near and long-term projects identified by a broad based citizens advisory group and input from several community workshops.
