Robin Foster, AICP

VICE-PRESIDENT

Mr. Foster’s 28 years of professional experience in Hawaii encompasses a broad range of planning engagements, including urban and regional planning, natural resources management, environmental regulation, housing and economic development, comprehensive planning and infrastructure development and financing. In 1992-1994, Mr. Foster served as Chief Planning Officer for the City and County of Honolulu, where he initiated a program to revise eight Development Plans. Previously, he was Chief of the City and County of Honolulu’s Environmental Affairs Branch and the Housing and Community Development Planning Branch.
